How I Whiten With Smile Brilliant
I have never been particularly confident about my smile until recently. In middle school, I went from a messed-up snaggle-tooth, to a full mouth of braces (with colored rubber bands, anyone else remember those?). When I finally got that metal out of my mouth, my teeth were never particularly bright-white. My budding, (and now full-fledged) coffee addiction didn't help out either, since things like coffee and red wine stain your teeth. Dang.
I tried those white-strips that you can buy at any drugstore, but they slipped around, and were crazy messy, but going and getting them professionally whitened was way too expensive! So I lived with my just-okay white-ish teeth until a company called Smile Brilliant approached me a while back!

- Mix together the two puddys and place them into the mold-tray

When I first started out, the whitening gel really bothered my gums, but a quick trick that I learned from my girl Jessica at Smile Brilliant was to put Vaseline on your gums right before whitening, and BAM, no more gum-sensitivity! Because of that, I can leave mine on for a full hour, but don't skip the desensitizing gel part!! (I did once, and it was not fun...) The gel restores moisture back into your teeth, and is super important!
