A surprisingly good spot for sipping your morning coffee? The New York Public Library on 5th Ave. Right next to Bryant Park, and overlooking one of the busiest streets in Manhattan, it's a great place to kick back and people watch, or go in and visit the beautiful library inside. Fun Fact: you can't actually check out books here, it's purely a research library, but they have locations all around NYC where you can!

For this crisp winter morning (okay, it wasn't crisp, it was 32 degrees, and I powered through it) I wanted to pull out my classic uniform outfit, but update it with a pop of my favorite color, and one that looks flattering one just about everyone. I'm obsessed with these lookout high-rise jeans. They are the perfect cut and they only fit better with time.

Paired, is a classic white button down and leather jacket, and for the twist, I added these gorgeous Elsie d'orsay fringed heels in a deep bordeaux color. Matching earrings (that I always get a million compliments on) and I was ready to go!
