March Favorites

It's been quite a while since I wrote one of these! February was drowned in Fashion Week coverage, so I didn't have time to write one, but I've been loving a few particular colors, trends, and makeup bits over the past two months, so here's a little peek into what I'm loving right now!

All Things Pink

My "favorite color" is technically more of a spectrum of the reds family. Anything pink, red, or burgundy is my game, and since spring is fast approaching (hallelujah) it's time to break out the bright barbie pinks! (pink was also all over the Spring '17 runways, with particular love to Valentino's collection)

Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation

I did a full review of this gorgeous foundation a little while back, and the last of this bottle is unfortunately running out (*cries), but I will definitely be picking up another bottle of this gorgeous, luminous stuff! I mix mine with a tiny pearl of pixi glow booster to get a little less coverage and a little more dew, but this foundation on it's own covers flawlessly looks so natural!

Neck Scarves

Neck scarves are my current obsession, and the easiest accessory to throw on almost any outfit. I think my count is up to about 9 now, and there are endless ways to tie them! (I actually gave a scarf-tying lesson at work the other day and it was SO fun!).

Two of my personal favorites are to tie it classically and tuck in the tails, putting the knot in the back to make a choker-esque look (left) or folding it into a triangle and wrapping it around, to make a more pulled-together western look (right).

Milk Makeup

Milk Makeup is another cult-followed beauty brand that's relativly minimalistic, save for their incredibly fun eye paints (which pack a TON of color). I am in love with thier matte cream bronzer in baked, and thier ubame mascara (I'm on my fifth tube!) and I really want to try the eye vinyl and acclaimed blur stick!
