If you told me a year ago that I would be wearing denim on denim I probably would have laughed hysterically. I didn't ever wear jeans, much less a denim button down with it, but taste can change, and I love this chambray on dark rise denim combo. The contrasting tones keep it from being too Brittany Spears circa 2001, and the high-waisted dark denim with a black block heeled boot make legs look miles long. 

For accessories, I threw on my favorite trend, yep you guessed it, silk neck scarves. This burgundy polka-dotted one is from the WhoWhatWear collection, and with a fun pair of hoop earrings, it has a fun 70's-glam vibe
