The Meatpacking district is one of my favorite areas of Manhattan. It's quieter than busy midtown, and has tons of cute cafes and shops dotted along its cobblestone streets. For today's adventure around the lower west side, I grabbed a new fall favorite, this brown corduroy skirt, and threw a pair of cozy tights and black heeled ankle boots on underneath it (Whoever said you can't wear black and brown together, I wholeheartedly disagree).

Another fun and recent addition to my wardrobe is this J.Crew Cocktail Shirt, which mixes a ton of different stripes, and is just a little more fun than your average button down, no? Finally, this pair of burgundy crystal fan earrings will be making many appearances over the next few months!
