I can't believe it's taken me this long to give these lipsticks their own post. I picked up my first Clinique Pop Lipstick, Poppy Pop, back in July and fell in love with it. Since then I've collected three more gorgeous shades, and I'm eyeing quite a few more (aka all of them)
Generally with lip products, there is some sort of tradeoff. Matte products have amazing color and staying power, but they are usually very drying on the lips. Hydrating lip products nourish lips, but color payoff is usually not great, and staying power is even worse. But with these Clinique Pop lip colors, you can have your cake and eat it too! (literally, you can eat with these on and they will. not. budge.) They have outstanding color, insane staying power, and they feel amazingly rich and moisturizing on the lips!
The four shades that I've snagged so far have been Love Pop, a gorgeous mauvey-purple, Cola Pop, a striking dark brown-red (right), Punch Pop, a bright fuchsia (left), and Poppy Pop, a fun orangy-red (center).
Next up on my wishlist: Bare Pop, Fab Pop, and Passion Pop!
