Peter Pilotto

I hope you've all had a wonderful week and are excited for the upcoming weekend! I'm still dreaming of last weekend when I got to fly up to Arkansas for a beautiful wedding! I vlogged the entire trip and wedding HERE if you want to go watch the video! Anyway, as I was edititng the footage, I noticed that I hadn't gotten a single shot of what I wore to the wedding, so I decided to re-create everything for an outfit post today!

I will, of course, use any excuse to wear this gorgeous Peter Pilotto Pallas dress that was given to me from the internship last spring, and it was absolutly perfect for a summer outdoor wedding! (It wasn't unbearably hot, but we DANCED all night long) I wanted to make it very bohemian-glam, so I paired it with some gold hoops from Francescas, and some comfy but cute block heeled sandals, so that it was easy to walk on grassy areas while still looking cute.

Fringe, Stripes, & Chokers

Good Morning, Lovelies! Sorry for this post being a day late, but I'm currently in Arkansas for a wedding! (Be sure to look out for a vlog from this weekend, and pictures on Instagram!!)

Anyway, I was with my mom in White House Black Market when I spotted these 70's style striped pants on the sale rack and couldn't resist! The vertical stripes make legs look miles long (though the heels help), and I couldn't resist pairing it with my beloved Tim Ryan jacket! This jacket makes any outfit into a statement, even a plain T shirt and jeans (Which I did HERE!)

Orange // Gingham

Good Morning, Lovelies! Don't orange and navy go together beautifully? I was so excited when I found these gorgeous vivid orange Alice & Olivia wide-leg trousers on sale at Bergdorf Goodman in New York last week! I went in with my mother and grandmother just to see the store, and of course walked out with both new makeup and clothing (oops!).

Happy Saturday, Lovelies! This week at Suite 1521 we had some amazing designers, Rosie Assoulin, Edie Parker, and Courreges! I was particularly excited about Edie Parker (owning a clutch with my name on it from them is a future goal) but they had an amazing collection of acrylic and metal clutches in every bright and sparkly combination possible!
