All in Style

Palazzo

Happy Friday, Lovelies! I know I'm excited to relax this weekend after a very busy week, but today I thought it would be fun to pull out these 60's/70's inspired pants (courtesy of Kayla) and pair them with a simple black long sleeve and heeled booties. I added this chained ear cuff set from Forever21 (They've stepped up their game since I stopped shopping a few years ago) and gold triangle necklace to add a little edge.

Bomber

This week is going to be a busy one! For those of you who don't know, I'm an intern at Suite 1521, and with added days there, so much to do for classes, and keeping  my regular blogging schedule, it's going to be hectic! Sometimes I wish I was a normal college student.... but not really.

Today I had a lot of errands to run, so I needed something comfortable and easy to move in. My trusted pixie pants and tweed sneakers were no-brainers, and I threw on this cream and grey bomber jacket from LOFT to keep me warm and add a model-off-duty style to the outfit. But of course, it would never be my style without a little extra sparkle, so in came my favorite J.Crew necklace.

Pinstripes & Tassels

Good morning, Lovelies! After a few days of freezing weather, the temperatures have become a little milder, and I was able to break out this cute army green skirt and loafer combo. I just got these tan Cora Loafers from J.Crew Factory, and they are the perfect basic flat, with just a little interest from the tassel.

With that, I also got a statement cuff bracelet that is too pretty! You really don't need any other jewelry with this cuff. It takes the cake! To pair with that, I added a simple blue pinstripe button down to match the cool tones on the cuff.

Tweed & Tights

The temperatures in New York are about to plummet, so I took the opportunity today to break out one last skirt and leather jacket outfit before puffer-coat weather hits.

I grabbed one of my favorite skirts, this tweed circle skirt from LOFT, and paired it with a black longsleeve, tights, and heeled ankle booties. Adding a little something extra with my favorite crystal necklace from J.Crew Factory and Clinique's Color Pop lipstick in Cola Pop (which I reviewed!)

No Sleep Till...

Brooklyn! The roomies and I took a trip down to Williamsburg to do some vintage shopping and explore a different part of the city. Grand and Bedford St both have some cool stores If you ever visit, and Antionette is a definite  favorite.

For today, I decided to channel a more "downtown" vibe with a leather mini-skirt, oversized knit sweater, heeled booties, metal ponytail holder, and a metal collar necklace. I like how the bulkiness of the sweater counters the short skirt and the mustard yellow color looked so cool against this grey wall we found.

WhoWhatWear x Target Collection

Back in October, Who What Wear announced that they would be doing a Spring 2016 collection with Target! The sketches looked gorgeous, and the newly released lookbook is stunning! The collection includes eye-grabbing prints and colors, using luxe-looking fabrics, all in an array of wardrobe staples and on-trend fashion pieces.

The collection comes in sizes 2 through 26, and will be available in Target stores and Target.com starting January 31st, with new styles being added each month. But here's the ringer: everything is under $50! You heard me correctly, all these gorgeous high-fashion styles are under $50!

Flannel & Fringe

Only two more days until I fly back to NYC! Since I have very limited warm weather left, I decided to pull out one of my favorite dresses. This flannel dress from LOFT is so cute and comfortable. It comes with a belt, but I prefer to just wear it loose.

I paired that with brown combat boots, gold fringe earrings also from LOFT, and a dark brick-red lipstick, Clinique's Cola Pop.

January Lookbook

Back with my favorite looks of the month! This is my first lookbook done in Texas, thanks to my gorgeous friend Lauren (who makes a cameo towards the end!) I'm about to head back to NYC soon, so stay tuned next month for February's lookbook!

Indie Flair

I was feeling a little adventurous, so I tried out the middle-part for today's post. Not sure it'll be sticking around, but it definitely complimented my slightly more indie look today.

I haven't jumped on the flare jeans bandwagon quite yet, but these cutout oxford flats, and long pendant necklace are a fun twist to my usual style. I paired those with black pants, and a striped top with bits of lace for a simple, comfortable, and still cute weekend outfit.

I kept the makeup very simple, just adding bits of brown shadow and blush to my basic makeup, and *gasp* no lipstick!
