All in Style

Liberty Floral

Spring is finally here!! Last Saturday I spent the day browsing vintage shops and brunching with two of my favorite blogger friends Hillary and Tatum! It was such a beautiful day, and I finally got to wear shorts and a Tshirt! (bye bye jackets and jeans!)

Speaking of shorts, J.Crew just came out with this pair in Liberty Floral, plus solid pink and white! And as if that wasn't fun enough, pairing this fun print with a classic stripe is a match made in heaven! I can't take credit for the duo though, it's straight outta the J.Crew Style Guide (aka my bible)

Berries in Brooklyn

Black, white, and red. Is there any better color combination? Not in my book. I've been obsessed wih wearing these white jeans ever since I got them, and they're so chic and easy paired with this black surplice top from Tobi! The back is a little daring, I'll admit, but it's so fun to show an unexpected flash of skin, especially since it's been warming up here in NYC (slowly, but surely).

The #ArtofFun with Donald J Pliner

Fun is strutting through Soho or the Lower East Side for brunch with your girl gang, or wandering the West Village looking for the best margarita on friday night. In any exciting adventure, one thing that can make it better is doing it in that killer pair of shoes that everyone compliments you on!

When Donald J Pliner asked if I wanted to join in on their spring campaign, I saw both of these block heeled mules in their spring collection and fell madly in love!! Mules are one of the biggest shoe-trends for spring and summer. Heeled, flat, leather, suede, anyway you can imagine them, they are a must-have!

Festival

Coachella may be coming to a close, but festival season is far from over! With Bonnaroo, Lollapolooza, Governors Ball, and so many more around the corner, your Instagram feed is about to be flooded with flower crowns, twin-bun hair, and a slew of lace rompers and bralettes-as-tops.

For my festival-inspired look, Tobi sent me this gorgeous lace romper, with a sheer mesh back and a slight bell-sleeve! I'm absolutely obsessed with it! I did have to safety-pin the front to keep the neck from opening and flashing, but other than that I LOVE it!

Citrus & Sandals

So many of my favorite things going on in this outfit... where to begin? First of all, I'm completely in love with the color of this dress! Bright canary yellow is exactly what the doctor (and runways) ordered for Spring '17, and it's on the top of my shopping list!

6 Stylish Girls to Follow on Instagram

Does everyone spend as much time on Instagram as I do? Admittedly, I'm so guilty of checking it first thing in the morning, and last thing before bed (and a million times throughout the day) and I love following a ton of incredibly stylish girls to pull outfit inspiration from! Of course, there are some of the bigger bloggers I love like Style Lobster, Atlantic // Pacific, and Amelia Styles, but I wanted to show off a few smaller girls who deserve SO much more attention for thier amazing feeds!

Arctic Fox

The easiest outfit in the world? Throwing a faux-fur vest over all-black. This look definitely fits the Soho vibe too, and I felt like one of the cool-kids walking down the rainy sidewalk amidst the graffiti and fire-escapes. But of course, the morning wouldn't be complete without me stopping someone to pet thier dog. (I think today's total count was 4 dogs)

Clueless

A few of my favorite things? Oversized earrings, anything pink, and Washington Sq Park! (it's the best place to hang out in the warm months, and pet people's dogs year-round) Plus, with Fashion Week kicking off, there were tons of bloggers, both native and those who flew in for the week, taking shots all around this neighborhood!

10 Ways Living In New York Changes Your Style

In honor of NYFW kicking off today, I though it would be fun to share a few style quirks that make a native New Yorker stand out day-to-day. Obviously since it's Fashion Week, everyone from the thousands of celebrities, fashion bloggers, editors, etc that pour into the city, to the regular Manhattanite will be stepping up thier style, but when it's not Fashion Week, we're a little more practical and predictable when it comes to dressing.  Here are a few ways your style changes once you become a New Yorker:
